SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – Congressman Richard Neal (D-Springfield) was among the political leaders who attended Outlook 2016- an annual luncheon hosted by the Springfield Regional Chamber. Neal, along with Governor Charlie Baker, were featured speakers at the event, held at the MassMutual Center.
