A congressional delegation led by Massachusetts Democratic Representative Richard Neal, who chairs the Ways and Means Committee, traveled to Mexico earlier this week. Their mission was to continue work on a renegotiated North American Free Trade Agreement. The group on Tuesday met with the president of Mexico.
