Neal Statement on Downgrade of U.S. Credit

Ways and Means Committee Ranking Member Richard E. Neal (D-MA) released the following statement after Fitch Ratings downgraded the credit rating of the United States: “The Republican Party is wholly responsible for yet another downgrade in our nation’s credit. Now, the American people will be forced to bear the consequences of their manufactured debt crises and repeated tax cuts for the wealthy and well-connected.” |
